IKUWA3: Registrations

Please click here to complete an online registration for IKUWA3. You will be directed to the Council for British Archaeology 'Shop' where you can make payment using a credit or debit card. Payment will be accepted in GBP - British Pounds Sterling only.

If you would prefer to download an application form, and return it via fax or post, please click here. Cheques will only be accepted in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and drawn on a UK bank. Alternatively you can complete the credit/debit card details.

It will be possible to register and pay on the day, although this may incur a surcharge. Only cash or cheque in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and drawn on a UK bank will be accepted.

Once submitted you will receive an email confirming your booking.

If you have already registered and need to update your contact details, change the nominated day(s) you wish to attend, or alter any other aspect of your registration, please click here to amend your booking. Programmes, name tags, and receipts will be handed out at the conference at the registration desk (UCL, Cloisters) from Wednesday evening 9th July. After that the registration desk will open each morning from 8:30am.

IKUWA3 Field School: Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th July: £175 per person

IKUWA3 Congress: Thursday 10th to Saturday 12th July:
Full Delegate: Early Bird: £55 per person per day or £140 for 3 days
Late Booking: £60 per person per day or £150 for 3 days
NAS/IFA Member / Students / unwaged*
Early Bird: £40 per person per day or £95 for 3 days
Late Booking: £45 per person per day or £110 for 3 days

Conference Dinner: Thursday evening 10th July: £45 per person
Mary Rose Excursion: Sunday 13th July: £25 per person
Historic Greenwich Walking Tour: Sunday 13th July: £9 per person
Old Westminster Walking Tour: Sunday 13th July: £6 per person

Important Information

Please note that you must be a financial member of IFA or NAS OR a full time student at the time of booking. Please send a photocopy of your student ID / NAS or IFA Membership card or proof of unwaged status to confirm your eligibility*.
